I hit my 2 year Blogiversary this week! What started as a hobby has enriched me in so many ways! I’ve also met some really incredible, like minded, and talented people in the STEM network across Cleveland, the USA, and the globe! I’m proud to have partnered with a couple brands this year like Play Osmo and How I Girl, as well as with more Cleveland Museums like the Greater Cleveland Aquarium and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History!

Thank you to Jen at Authentically Cle for giving me the little nudge to get started, to Northeast Ohio Parent magazine and the Great Lakes Science Center for believing in my work and also to all my family, friends, and followers for your constant support. Every ‘like’, comment, and share of my work is noticed and so greatly appreciated. Each one not only shows your support but it also helps others see and notice what I’m doing too.

I’ve reached almost 1,000 followers this year combined with all of my social media accounts! Wow! Thank you!

To celebrate and to thank my followers, I’m going to host a GIVEAWAY! In honor of my TWO year anniversary, I’m giving away TWO prizes to TWO different winners!

You have a chance to win either one copy of the book “The Crayon Man” and one box of crayons OR one copy of the book “The Day the Crayons Quit” and one box of crayons. The first winner selected will get to choose which of the two books that they would like and the second winner will receive the remaining book. Both winners will win one box of crayons.

Here are the rules to enter:

Leave a comment on this blog post letting me know which blog post from the past year you liked the most!

That’s it! This giveaway will close at MIDNIGHT on Friday, September 25, 2020.  The winner will have 48 hours to respond or a new winner will be selected.  In order to claim your prize, you will need to provide contact information such as name and mailing address.

Good luck!

Kristen

I was glad to know/learn about the Space X launch and get the links for the feeds to the International Space station feed, etc, from you! We spent a long time and very interesting afternoon that day watching the astronauts go up into space and arrive at the space station! So cool!!!! I would have never known about that without your blog.

Congrats on this accomplishment! I’d say my favorite posts were the recycled crayons and salt dough fossils. Always great to learn about fun and creative ideas like that! Keep up the great work!

My favorite this year was STEM Careers Interview Series: Engineering Educator Assistant Dean Dr. Whitney B. Gaskins! But I am also very excited to try Easy, Colorful Cornstarch Painting & Science!

Throw back – my favorite post is Reading ‘STEMs’ Learning – Danica McKellar Book Review (Dec 2018). We ended up getting all three for Christmas and my girls love them! Would not have found them without you.
